The featured speaker of the 2019 James Graff Memorial Lecture was Palestinian-Canadian playwright, author, political analyst and activist Samah Sabawi. She has written and produced the critically acclaimed plays Cries from the Land, Three Wishes, and Tales of a City by the Sea. The title of her talk is “Decolonizing Activism: Resistance Through Art.”
